Chinese e-commerce giant JD.com (NASDAQ: JD) released its financial results for the fourth quarter, with earnings per share falling short of analysts' projections, while revenue largely aligned with forecasts. Following the announcement, the company's shares experienced a modest decline of approximately 1% during Thursday's trading session.

For the quarter, JD.com reported earnings per share of RMB0.57, which was below the market's anticipated RMB0.67. Total revenue saw a 1.5% increase year-over-year, reaching RMB352.28 billion. This figure closely mirrored the consensus estimate of RMB352.89 billion.
